I love watching the sea ebb and flow and swirl around my feet. The agate design is created by rolling red terracotta and white earthernware clay together and then cutting sections which are then rolled flat so creating a swirling design. The interior is glazed and the exterior of the bowl is left unglazed so creating a contrasting rough and smooth finish.
